- Micro-enterprise/small business development support – Are you interested in starting your own business? Do you have questions about where to start? Do you need to develop a Business/Marketing Plan? Do you own an existing small business and need advice on how to make it grow, expand, and thrive? We can help.
In partnership with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), MCCDC offers FREE Small Business Consultation services. All sessions are by appointment only, so call us at (415) 339-2837 to reserve a time today.

- Financial Literacy Training – Our Asset Development Coordinator provides counseling and workshops that assist participants in developing financial skills, and improving their financial literacy. We assist individuals in opening prepaid debit card accounts so that they can avoid check cashing fees and at the same time work towards establishing or reestablishing a credit rating.

- Basic Skills Training / GED Preparation – In partnership with Tamalpais Adult School, students enroll to receive: personalized and individualized instruction, preparation to take and pass all five GED exams, or support to brush up on basic skills. Basic skills support can also be tailored to learn how to filling out detailed employment applications or taking job-specific tests. This is an open-enrollment class; call to sign up at anytime.

- Coffee Club – Our weekly Coffee Club encourages career ladder progression for our active participants. Members are welcomed to network with each other and with professionals, presenters, recruiters and hiring managers over pastries and fresh gourmet coffee.
