2. Workforce Intermediary Services – MCCDC is offering alternative staffing support services, including:

• Experience as the employer of record for 135 workers this past year with 70 business customers throughout the Bay Area
• Capacity to meet your staffing needs;
• Accounting and payroll functions;
• A reputation for providing dedicated workers at a highly competitive rate; and
• The option of direct hire of candidates selected, or to try them out as temporary workers with MCCDC as the employer of record.
