Asset Development

  1. Individual Development Account (IDA) – Our IDA program is offered through a partnership with EARN. An IDA is a 2-to-1 matched savings account. Savers can receive up to $4,000 in match money, if they save $2,000, this can add up to $6,000 in savings! This is a remarkable opportunity. IDA funds can be used for first time home purchases, post-secondary education or certified vocational training, or for micro-enterprise development, such as starting up or enhancing the account owner’s small business.
